I went with a friend on Saturday morning before 8 am. It was busy when we got there so we sat at the bar. I had the chilaquiles benedict which was awesome! It had so much flavor. The poblano hollandaise had a few really hot bites but the rest were tolerable (I'm a wimp with spicy hot). The only thing I didn't care for was the hash browns. I like mine crispy. These had a brown layer on top and the rest was like eating boiled potatoes. My friend and I shared a blueberry pancake. My friend is very particular about pancakes and she liked them. She says that most restaurant pancakes taste like the are made from bisquick, which these didn't. They are also very generous with the blueberries, which are wild. (wild berries are small in size and more flavorful) My friend had the green eggs and ham (green=spinach). The ham looked like real sliced ham, not the deli stuff or canadian bacon. She liked it. We both said we would return. There are some other dishes we want to try. The place was clean. The stools at the bar were comfortable, usually they aren't. The place is loud though, but so is every restaurant in that downtown Gilbert area. They have high open ceilings and no carpet so everything is amplified. I did not use the restroom so I cannot say if they were clean. Our server was friendly and even though she was the only server at the bar, she did a great job.
