  • I called in this morning asking to book an appointment for eyebrow and face threading, the lady on the phone told me that they take walk-ins and that I can "come anytime". So a couple of hours later, I show up and ask for threading. The front-desk employee said the lady who does eyebrows is on her break and to come back in half an hour. So I went back in the car and sat there for half an hour. I came back and the same woman recognized said "come back in one hour", there was someone giving a me 's haircut and she said "I haven't taken a break in hours, I can't do it." So I told her that I called earlier and was informed to come "any time" and she shrugged me off in a VERY rude manner. I love nearby and I was looking for a place to get my face threaded on a biweekly basis. I am so upset with their service and will NOT be bringing my business here. Also, I am leaving to go out of town in a few hours and I haven't got my face threaded in weeks so I could have it freshly done, now I'm screwed cause everywhere else is closed and they told me that I can come any time!! I'm making sure all my friends and family in the area stop coming here. This is unacceptable and now I'm gonna look like sh*t for my holiday.
