  • I wish I could give 0 stars. We applied for a house and basically got scammed out of $100. The reason they gave us was credit. Funny the application requirements stated above 600 and we both were. No evictions = never had an eviction EVER! we were told we made more than enough money and we had excellent referrals from all the property management companies we rented from in the past. Plus we are landlords ourselves!!! Rent was always paid on time. The house has been sitting still available not rented for almost a month now. Every time my fiancĂ© called he spoke with the "property manager" and she said we were denied and to refer to the letter in the mail. So scripted but had the personality of a door knob! Rude scandalous people. Way to excel in being scam artists and taking people's hard earned money and then finishing them off with rude, unprofessional, behavior and not upholding your requirements that are clearly stated on your application. This is a warning to anyone considering this company - look elsewhere you will be scammed! I will NEVER do any business with this company EVER again. EVER!!!
