rev:text	If there is anything we like it is communication and client/patient/customer service! I made an appointment with this office in North Scottsdale 6 weeks ago and to be honest it was an incredible experience. I got in and was seen by PA Andy Hicks and I cannot begin to say enough nice things about his people skills. I had a breakout on the back of my neck and he knew right away what is was. Put me on an oral antibiotic orally and a gel. 1 Week it disappeared!!! **************NOW THE BAD NEWS AND THE REASONING FOR 1 STAR. For the last 2.5 weeks I have tried until I was literally blue in the face to get a hold of Andy or ANYONE at this office. I will not mention some names that GUARANTEED me a phone call AGAIN to get my prescription refilled due to the fact that the infection came back. Are people actually abusing Antibiotic now? Is the the reason they do not give a *** about the medical condition you are having. This will be the second bad review of Arizona Advanced Dermatology and it will be posted on every other social media site. I will post about the other Dermatology office when i get in next week. They have gone above and beyond already where AZ Advanced Dermatology should have already been!!!
