I mean YAASSSS. I am going to warn you that this review might be a little biased since I am borderline obsessed with anything to do with France. So if you don't like French culture, you might not like my opinion about this place.
I want to start off by saying I have never been to France despite my love and longing to go there. It's been on the top of my wish list since I was 8. When we got to the table and began the ordering process, of course we ordered drinks. I don't drink alcohol but I did think they had a great selection. I ordered water and he asked if I wanted tap or sparkling. That's when you know it's going to be a great place to eat. After we ordered he brought us a baguette in a bag with butter and a unique veggie spread to go on top. I am just going to say I could have ate that bread for my whole meal and still would have gave 5 stars. Incredible and he kept bringing out more when we were out.
Now let's get to the meal portion. I ordered the Salmon salad (which I don't always order salads but I was drawn to it) and I'm not sure what I was eating before this salad when it comes to a "salad" but this one changed my life. The salmon was cooked to perfection and could have been the best I have EVER had. And I am no Salmon virgin. The dressings was a citrus type dressing and they gave me a lemon wedge which just amplified and quite literally electrified my palate. It also had almost a full avocado and some walnuts as well. Just WOW.
I also got creme brûlée for dessert (which is my favorite anyways) and it did nothing but blow me away.
I could have ate here everyday and not been anything but changed for the better. I also loved how I felt like I was in Paris. Thanks Vegas!
