My Kitchen Aid freezer was no longer making ice. Let's face it: That is a tragedy in Arizona during the summer. So I was thankful that Runyon's Appliance was able to schedule to come out a few days after I called. As someone new to the area, I was totally taking a chance, not knowing exactly what I would get. I am happy to say that my service person, Nick Runyon, was extremely polite, professional, and fast. He was extremely honest and didn't try to say something else was broken and "milk it" for more money. He told me what was wrong and fixed it (like an appliance doctor). So I have found my new appliance repair company. Program the number in your phone. It is like 911 for your appliances. Be prepared. Good service people are hard to find. (It sounds like a Weird Al song title.)
