rev:text	ZERO STARS!!!! Currently placing MAJOR complaints on this "company". I STRONGLY SUGGEST TO FILE A COMPLAINT AT (YOUR) STATE INSURANCE DEPARTMENT. This will bring the big guys in. Hopefully, this will cut out all the rotten apples from this "company". There's no way this can be a legitimate company, considering how they run this establishment. As all of the previous reviews have stated, they do NOT answer their phones, nor return calls. Fortunately, I guess- I live fairly close to their physical location in AZ, so I have been able to somewhat control and maintain my claim- by going in once or twice a month to speak with the adjuster I was given, to make sure everything is going "smoothly". Everytime, she always tells me the same thing, still waiting, still waiting, oh they had your info to send over but never sent it.. lol no SHE NEVER CALLED ON IT! I shouldn't have to waste my time and gas to keep up with a claim that wasn't my fault. I felt like I was doing this "adjusters" job for her. The adjuster I've had since June 2016 is SHERRI ENGLEHARD. I went in yesterday to follow up on my settlement, I expressed my concerns with her telling her, I'm irritated that this is taking so long and how I don't appreciate the inconsistency in her communication with me this whole time. She cuts me off, and begins to throw low-balls, as she begins to raise her voice, she states that I have had communication with her every week when i come in, that this isn't her fault that it's taking so long, blah blah blah. When I try to tell her that if I didn't come in the once or twice a month (not every week how she dramatically claimed lol) I would still be clueless and SOL on her behalf. At this point, she cuts me off again, and begins to yell at me, stating that, I will not argue with you! lol... So i raised my voice to her saying, then why are you yelling at me?! lolol- this lady is a joke. As she continues to argue/ yell at me- in her place of work, she's waiving her hands in my face- as if to dismiss me, gets up as if to walk away from me without providing me with any answers, etc. EXTREMELY RUDE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
