  • The next time you eat a burger in Madison that is really good, ask the waiter where they get their meat. You would be surprised how often the answer is Knoche's. They are easily batting over 900 for me at this point Is it locally sourced? I don't think so as most places would prominently advertise that fact, but local or no the meat is definitely a cut above something you will find in any grocery store around here which is why we don't mind spending a few extra dollars here. If you buy the rest of your groceries here you'll be appropriately gouged Their website lists the weekly specials
