Not sure why this place has only 3.5 stars total but this is my most favorite buffet in Vegas! I literally make sure to come here to eat every single time I go to Vegas. Especially for the price, it's definitely the best quality & has the most variety of food than any other buffet in Vegas, and I have tried a lot of the buffets there. For brunch, it's about $35 per person & if you go in a little later, they switch off all the breakfast food. Every time I've gone there, the food is always constantly changing & I've never had to go through the same selection of food over & over again, which I love because I hate having to eat the same thing over again to the point where I don't even know what I want to eat anymore.
I usually always start off with the oxtail pho. You wouldn't imagine the pho to be that great at a buffet, but this is literally one of the best phos I've ever had. The oxtail meat in there is super tender & it's like a self serve build-your-own pho station so you can choose what exactly you want in there. I always go back for second or third helpings of this. Other dishes that I always have to get are the pork belly (super tender and juicy and amazing), the mashed potatoes (super fluffy and great flavor), and the mac n cheese. They also have bone marrow as well which is really good.
The only thing that I would say is so-so at this buffet is probably the dessert. I'm not much of a dessert person to begin with but I guess they don't have as much of a variety of desserts at this buffet. The macaroons are pretty disgusting here & the Rice Krispie treats are rock hard. But they do have a good gelato selection which is good, and most of their other desserts are good as well.
