  • I had a terrible experience. I put down refundable deposit and did not sign or approve any work order. I decided not to make a purchase and the company is not willing to refund me the deposit. It's absurd and illegal, in my opinion. One month later, I am still waiting for my refundable deposit. This is not loyal and ethical business practice. To me, it looks like a scamming practice. Be careful and look for reputable, honest and loyal spa store as this is not the one! I was really hoping and thought that the owner was a business man of honor and integrity. I was so wrong! On top of everything, they discriminated me by call me ''the foreign guy'' :(
