  • I have shoulderlength hair and wanted a basic layered cut. They told me they were going to put me with Emmanuel one of their top stylist for a $55 haircut which does not include blowing it dry. At the end of the haircut I had to have him fix it three times as there was no layers and it was completely flat. I also advised him I like a little height on top and angled around the face. I got none of that. It by far is the worst haircut I've ever had in my entire life. I would not be comfortable going back there so I went and had it fixed a couple days later and the girl showed me all the uneven pieces. My bangs were crooked as well. I got my haircut for a birthday dinner and was so appalled at the way my hair looked that I didn't even go. I called to ask for a refund of my $55 because I felt that that's the least they could do considering I had to pay a second time to have it fixed and they were completely rude and said no they would not give me a refund. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. Worst experience of my life and extremely overpriced.
