I will never again purchase the Sear Master Protection Agreement! For many years I've bought Sears home appliances, my parents did the same. However, unfortunately, times have changed and Sears is no longer a reliable company. I've always used the Sears Protection Agreement but the past few service visits have been disastrous with horribly incompetent, rude service persons. The most recent visit was a couple of weeks ago and my washing machine is in the very same shape that it was before the rude service person came to repair! Sorry to say that this company, that I've trusted since my parents bought their products, is no longer dependable and unfortunately I don't have money to waste on purchasing their products or service protection agreements! Now hopefully they will send someone to correctly repair my washing machine....I'll have to keep my fingers crossed and unfortunately won't expect too much!!
Also, when Sears sent an email for my feedback on the most recent service I expressed my absolute dissatisfaction with the service and requested that the company contact me. When I received a call from "Sears" (seen on my caller ID) a couple of days later, I expected to discuss my dissatisfaction. I was a bit surprised to learn that it wasn't a call regarding the horrible, useless service but was actually a sales person trying to sell another Protection Agreement for my refrigerator. Are they crazy??!!
I'm still waiting for Sears to respond!!
