  • I should be leaving 3 different 1 star reviews, but we'll see if they even read this. This place is amazing for car washes. But they're a dime a dozen. I really like that they have an ASE certified mechanic as well. The problem is the mechanic is literally never working. I've brought my car in 3 different times for a simple oil change over the past 6 months and every single time they've turned me away because they either sent their mechanic home early (one time I went at 3pm. The other time I went at 1pm) because "it was dead". Yesterday I called about an oil change and they said they open at 8am on Saturday. Cool! So I show up today at 9:30am and guess what? "The girl can't make it until 2p". The cashier (probably a teenager. Maybe her first job. Or just really bad at dealing with angry customers) couldn't care less. Did nothing to try help. Just avoided eye contact and didn't give a shit if I stayed or left, which I did. Justifiably cursing on my way out. I REALLY want to support these guys, but they make it incredibly hard to do so. I won't be returning until they can ensure they're not trivializing their garage side of their business. Pathetic.
