Shame on you Leslie's. I have been a loyal customer for years and I was charged a "restocking fee" today for an item that is brand new and unused. I had literally purchased the item hours before and decided to return it. I understand that Leslie's doesn't want to lose that money from selling the item but returns are part of doing business. If that is the way you are going to run your business then I will find another pool supply store to spend my money.
