I actually want to give zero stars. it's 5:42 a.m. At 5:20 a.m. I called to report that my newspaper had not been delivered. Not only can't i get one delivered, there is no one there to answer the phone to tell me why I should continue to pay for a service that gives me nowhere near my several cents per day worth. How can it be that the paper messes up but the customer suffers? Bad business.
