  • From my previous experience, the doctor was great. This time, though, I've left 5 messages to have an appointment changed and can't get anyone at their office to talk to me. I was on hold each time for well over 10 minutes. I specifically asked them to call back on my cell phone number and of course they called back (once) on my land line at home when I was at work. That one returned call only happened when my oncologist called their office. Other medical procedures are waiting on the results of this colonoscopy. Unfortunately my previous procedure was done here and I don't have time to have records transferred.
