  • Sells broken merchandise and doesn't care. Hides behind "final sale" and "enforcing rules" policy rather then doing a simple shoe exchange or store credit for a pair of heels that busted on me before I even walked out the front door. Iv had better luck at Ross or even a thrift shop before I'd ever come back here after this experience. What a shame Hottie, maybe if you treated repeating costumers better you wouldn't have just lost this one but all her friends too, word of mouth travels far and right now your reputation for handing such situations could use some help. Extremely disappointed and feeling overall pretty sad for a store that could have more potential but insists on poor business practices. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.
