  • REf self service car wash. One of the bays machines would take quarters but would not register all the quarters. So I lost close to two dollars. Went in to tell the manager. Mgr was not there 3 in afternoon. Clerk could do nothing about it. Did not even go out and place an out of order sign. Very poor customer service. Should have had the authority to give a couple dollars back and place out of order sign. Would not use and will not ever again!!!!!
