  • Five stars, all around. After a terrible experience with my old optical, I needed an eye exam, glasses, and contacts. I also get freaked out when it comes to medical appointments. +I emailed them to make an appointment and they got back to me in 0.654 seconds (okay, like ten minutes). +They got me an appointment THAT WEEK +They are open on weekends, even the optometrist part (I work 9-5, so this is extra great) +Everyone I talked to was incredibly nice +I felt like all the staff, and the eye doctor, had time to talk to me. +They're Canadian, which I think is a bonus! +I didn't feel like they were sleazy about trying to get me to buy stuff, at ALL (cough-LensCrafters) +They explained everything to me, even though I had tons of questions and was probably annoying +They have a good return policy +I felt like the eye exam cost was reasonable +They took my insurance, which is a very different type, and many places don't. +You get a discount for checking in on FourSquare, which they honored immediately +They fixed the nose on my old glasses, which are not from there, for free- even before I even mentioned that I was buying glasses there I would very much recommend this place. Great customer service, great product selection, good price. I will be going back. And if you're not a fan of going to the eye doctor, go here. Seriously. You won't be disappointed.
