  • First and last visit. I approached the door. There is a sign notifying customers due to limited staff no nail services after 3pm. Ok. So I walk in at 2pm and a woman midway into the shop asked what I want. I tell her eye brow wax with a smile. She mumbles something as she's looking at me. I thought she was asking me to come to the back. She yells No! Wait up there! I sit down and wait. Two other women were called getting pedicures. I was never called. After watching 3 more customers leave I was never called so I left. It wasn't packed. Not even half full. No service with a smile. No appreciation. Maybe they were tired but I won't return. I didn't feel they wanted my business or anyone else's. I went because it's close to my home but I'll drive across town before returning.
