  • Coming from someone who doesn't know much about cars or oil changes, I like this place. My ONLY reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that I feel like it's pretty pricey compared to other places. You definitely come here for convenience. You don't even have to get out of your car and they'll finish your oil change within about 15 min. They give you bottled water and even have an AC tube that they put into your car while the oil is being changed. Another option is going into the waiting room, but that seems to be more hassle than what it's worth since it's so quick. I feel as if they are pretty honest here. I do think that they try to up-sell you on extras, so as long as you go in only agreeing to an oil change, then you're good. I usually do the step up from a standard oil change (max life), and it comes out to $70.00. To me, that's pretty expensive. But they do send out coupons, so today I got $10.00 off. The employees are always so nice. I have heard them talking kinda rough to each other while doing the oil changes, but it has never really bothered me. Overall, I trust and recommend this place. But I do think that you can get cheaper service elsewhere.
