  • So far so good, I haven't had a chance to get on the rides yet, we just bought season passes. Our littles are all under 8yrs old, Perfect for me to do w them during the summer , even when I'll have to come alone when the hubs is at work. Almost got raging waters passes and made the drive. Glad we didn't over extend ourselves. This is perfect for families w out teenagers, but even then...i think it's a great local escape. They're not so strict on silly things and totally understanding of a babies necessities. Parking lot is not far from entrance whatsoever, so coolers in the car is really not a big deal at all. Most importantly I wanted to just say this... We just got here, it's my husband's first vacay to actually have some r&r in a long while.... as soon as we arrive, my eldest slammed the gate to my vehicle on nose. It's definitely broken , knocked me out cold. Blood everywhere had to change. I already know what's gonna happen in the e.r. So why rush to go get adjusted , and not let my husband try to enjoy some of this day w my kids before back to work.... for as long as I can hang...well here I am trying..and I ask a girl where I might be able to refill my zip lock of ice for free while im here, she insists on grabbing an emt. CLETUS the emt finds me, assess me thoroughly . Offers some sound advice. Throws my yucky zip lock away, comes right back with a fresh bag of ice, let's me know where I can refill it for free all day, but better yet, doesn't let my bag even melt away before refilling it. Continues to check on me frequently. I even disappeared for a min (making sure my face was still clear of blood) and he made sure with my husband that I was okay. After a few hours I finally mustered up the strength to watch my kiddos come down some slides and he literally found my husband, handed him my refill, and went on his way w out a bother. This really means the world to me because I so bad wanted to try my best to tough out the best part of the day till getting my nose re cracked... he's been beyond helpful. You just don't find them like this anymore!!!! Thank you CLETUS, hope I spelled your name right, and thank you wet n wild for having a real one here !!!!!! You made our day!!!!
