  • I had walked by this place numerous times during my trip in Vegas. I was solo, had no one to confer with I decided to stop and check this place out. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu & offered suggestions when asked. While I am normally one that goes for fine dining, every know & then a fast casual spot does the trick. So while heading down the strip i figured this was where i would stop for a quick bite before heading to ride the High Roller. I want feeling the waffle sandwich which they are known for, instead I tried the cheddar bacon waffle.. with kicker chicken (breast). I must admit, I was a little leery of a waffle with cheddar and bacon inside but it was delicious! The waffle was soft & tender and the cheddar blended perfectly. The chicken was crispy and a lil spicey.. the perfect combination for me. The only drawback was the waffle seemed to have been pieces of actual sugar in the waffle. Guess that was the pearl sugar listed on the menu. I didn't like that at all. I figured that was the sugar used in the production of the waffle. Overall, it was a good experience but please... hold the sugar for being blended into t by e waffle as an ingredient... not pieces of a sugar cube cooked into the waffle. I don't prefer my waffles to crunch.
