  • Extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They gave me a rate on the phone, emailed me a contract at 4:55pm giving me a promo if I "signed up today" (within 5 mins?) I signed and sent in the agreement, but followed up the next day because there was a discrepancy in the rate (their promo was not accounted for). No response by the afternoon. I phoned in to follow up. The girl I was dealing with kept putting me on hold as she was "training a new girl and also taking care of the front desk and answering other calls." Then said she had no idea how their accounting department would work promo the promo in and rushed me off the phone, telling me she would reply to my email. Instead, I received a call less than an hour later from an EXTREMELY RUDE lady, just telling me they're "rejecting my application." When I asked her reason, she chuckled and told me she doesn't have to give me a reason. After I've already sent in a signed agreement?! TRUST ME....AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! There are tons of other options in the city. These guys are cheaper than most for a reason. YOU DO NOT WANT TO ENTRUST YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS IN THESE PEOPLE'S HANDS!!!
