  • I have to give this place a four although I can understand the people who gave it less than a four for the service. My group has gone here twice for the high tea. Both times because it's such a large group we get the balcony of the restaurant. I have to say they're very accommodating because they allow us extra tables for our silent auction. The tea service is nice. The bottom level of the tea service are the sandwiches. The cucumber sandwich is my favorite. The middle level of the tea service is the scones and I think the cranberry scone is fantastic the cream that comes with the scones is amazing the top layer of the tea service are the sweets. I have a feeling they are not made in house but I could be wrong about that. Either way you can have as much of the top two levels of tea service as you want. The only thing they won't refill are the sandwiches. The tea is really good too. This time I had orange dream. The reason I say that I agree with the others about service is because it is quite slow and it's never quite busy enough for it to be that slow. But they did give us free champagne as a result, so who can complain???
