  • Ok here goes from the first call should of known better !!! I called to schedule a massage and was asked how deep light to med or med to deep I said I have a area I am being treated for by a orthopedic surgeon so I Need light to med. Was told no one was available til next day to have a light to med massage everyone else only does med to deep the day and times I called for . What the *** so now the masseuse is telling me their way or no massage for you ??? I thought they were to apply pressure according to the clients preference. So I schedule with a nice young lady and when I was asked about areas of concern I repeated 3x where and why I needed a massage and once again which side I need more attention to ! So after a 50 min massage she NEVER applied pressure to my area of concern or massaged my scalp at all or my shoulders. I have had a better massage at the school. She did not listen to the customer! You only get one chance to make a first impression ! They are so busy trying sel you a membership that they are not listening to the client. They need to listen and stop worrying about the membership !
