  • I lived in these apartments for 2 years and I had a wonderful experience. The floor plans are huge and I had great views from my unit. The amenities are also really nice and they are always functional. Maintenance is fast and you can request it right from the app. Everyone in the office is really helpful, especially Tyrese. On my move-out date I was rushing to get everything out of the apartment and she allowed me to delay my walk-thru appointment before the office closed for the day. She is very sweet :) A few negatives... parking is unassigned which is no good if you work nights. It was hard to get a spot in front of my building but sometimes I would luck out. Secondly, I lived on the 4th floor and my building didn't have an elevator, which was rough during the moving process and when carrying groceries upstairs. Lastly, my mom was visiting overnight one time and someone stole the plates off of her car (which could happen anywhere I guess but probably could've been avoided with more security). Otherwise, I can't say there were many incidents here, if any. I'm single, first time living alone and I felt safe there. All in all I would recommend this community. It was a great decision to move there.
