  • I recently moved here about a month ago & I hate it so far. Maintenance takes weeks to arrive & when we first moved in, the apartment needed things replaced like, the blinds , multiple drawers & dishwasher dish racks. There was also a nail sticking out of our carpet, another part of the carpet was completely pulled out & a handle missing from another drawer. It is a terribly loud & noisy apartment complex. Wasps are everywhere, i can not take my daughter to even relax on the balcony, i fear that she might get stung by one of the many wasps (had 2 wasps nests so far on the balcony). The pool is absolutely freezing cold, legit feels like ice water. The hot tub spa area has not been turned on at all since i've been here (freezing cold hot tub as well). Oh & also there is no light in my daughters room. I was told it is an extra fee to have a light reinstalled into the ceiling of her room after moving in. Oh & also on the website it says they have a mini theatre as part of the amenities, well there is not. Also posted outside, it says garages available but when i went to ask for a garage they said there is actually a waiting list with over 100 people on it, so no garages available. They should really update their info. We Recently got news of new management though. So hopefully we see some changes.
