  • I had the pleasure of working a Road Show for WTR MLN Water at Costco for 3 Open-Close shifts. I experienced what a good work environment is supposed to look like for the 1st time in my life. The Employees here are happy to come to work, because when they arrive they genuinely care about each other. The costumer experience is awesome because the employees are given the tools + team work to help in anyway they can. I didn't experience any gossip or drama, (Not that it doesn't happen) but it's about respect, & being adults here. This particular store has a well designed system, with the perfect people to run it. Well done.
