  • If I could give them no stars, I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are all rude, Angela Especially. I had to call them every day to make sure my signs were being done. I would be promised a call or a proof by the end of the day, and nothing. I asked for an estimate and a proof and told them it was urgent, the guy, Paul, said he would get on it right away and have it for me by the end of the day, I call back the next day after not receiving anything, they say the guy was going to be out of town until the following week. Um hello don't you think you should've told me that? And Angela is easily the rudest person I have ever encountered in the customer service industry. Stay far far away from them if you want your products in a timely manner.
