  • Do NOT bother going to this place. Bought a refrigerator here, took two months for them to get the correct model delivered and that was dented. Bought a dishwasher - picked it up myself to avoid their "Professional" delivery service. Got it home and it did not have the installation package that ships with the unit, no directions for hook up, and there was water in the drain line. Sold us what appears to be a USED dishwasher as a new unit. Contacted the manufacturer - the instructions, and parts should be packaged with the unit and there's no way there would be water in the drain. Went to the store - no assistance at all, said if I took it back to the warehouse they would have another one in a week. This store is crap, no help, no answers just "nothing I can do". Go to Home Depot, Lowe's, anywhere but this place! ( in this instance I think This rating system should be adjusted to indicate negative stars!)
