  • This lodge has really improved the last year. It's gone to non-smoking and has been renovated inside and out. The patio is the best, with a beautiful view of Camelback mountain, new horseshoe pits and bar seating. Food is offered many days of the week including Comfort Food Sunday's, Steak Night the first and third Tuesday's of each month and Fish Fry Friday's. You can't beat the prices, atmosphere, and the terrific food. I've attended almost every steak night and comfort food meal days. The steaks are some of the best I've had and I've had tons. They have great flavor and are served with real garlic mashed potatoes, corn, and dinner roll. The meals on Sunday's are all homemade and have included pan seared chicken, country fried steak, Sweedish meatballs, pasta, and meatloaf to name a few. If you consider yourself a foodie, you should add this to your list of places to try.
