  • Today we went into Ford Country in hopes of getting a truck that we fell in love with. Previously we had gone in and it didn't go so well but, after being called back we decided to give it another try. Just when we were ready to give up someone else walked over and gave us everything we had hoped for as far as customer service goes (including the test drive that was not offered on the first visit). Ernesto Dominguez absolutely blew us out of the water. He was patient, kind, understanding and more importantly took the time to explain things to us rather than shut us down. Because of his amazing costumer service we left with exactly what we needed and had all of our questions answered! Thank you so much Ernesto!! And thank you to the guy that helped us sign our contract and broke down all the information for us as well (didn't catch his name but, he was also great). If you're looking to get a new vehicle I'd absolutely recommend asking for Ernesto he was wonderful!!
