  • I've been to New Tokyo Food Market when it was just a year old. It has been some time, but even upon my first visit there were ingredients I couldn't find anywhere else. Today I was looking for some white miso (for a salmon recipe) and ended up buying some clothing, apple sake, japanese snacks and other ingredients too! They expanded there inventory to include japanese books, movies and cookware. The cookware is of better quality than any other Japanese stores I've been to in the area. I plan to go back and make care pac to my friends who don't have a Authentic Japanese Store in the area~ I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family!
