I can't even give this place 1 star. I called to make an appt because I had bought a deal through Weeklyplus.com It was for a cut, color, and style with Nicole O' Hare. My first appointment they called me to r/s saying that she wouldn't be in that day (after waiting a month in a half). So I r/s for the following week since that was her only opening. I got sick and had to cx my appt and was r/s for the following week. I was offered a choice of two appt times. I chose the earlier one. I then get a call later saying that they needed to r/s that appt also as she was going to be "out of town". I was then r/s another 7 weeks out. This seemed suspicious to me so I had (2) different people call and ask to schedule a new client appt for a cut, color, & style. (the calls were made a day apart) Both people that called were told they could be seen the following week.
What I found was that since I had bought a Weeklyplus, a discounted price for what Nicole O' Hare normally charges, I was being given appts that were between 6-8 weeks out with day and time availability during the middle of the week. Any weekend appts were sheduled out, "very far-at least two months out". But, if one of the other two people who called and did not mention a Weeklyplus.com discount, they were being offered a significantly shorter wait period for an appt. While Nicole O'Hare at Steven Paul Salon showed preference to customers without a Weeklyplus.com voucher, Weeklyplus.com was very professional and took care of the problem on my end for me. Poor service ethics for Steven Paul Salon but Excellent service by Weeklyplus.com
