  • Wow, never in my life felt have I had such terrible customer service. Wanted to buy a vacuum filter that I could not find at other stores like Target and Walmart, thought I would try this store since I was in the area. The store was completely dead and I initially had some help from a kind gentleman working but he needed the help from another staff member named DeAnna F. She started helping a woman who walked in wanting to buy a vacuum. When the nice gentleman asked her for help she looked annoyed and then came over to help. The woman DeAnna didn't know how to find the price for the filter and she didn't even try really. She just kept telling her co-worker to tell the possible vacuum buyer that she will be right with her. She asked if I could come back another day to buy it. I told her that I don't live nearby and would really like to buy it seeing how I haven't been able to find it. She said I'm sorry but I can't find the price so I can't sell it to you and then suggested I try Frys electronics. Great sales for your company, don't try to trouble shoot the problem so I can purchase a product and suggest I go somewhere else. I was thinking about buying a vacuum from here because of the very nice sales clerk before her but now I will buy else where.
