  • Go on - try to buy a car from these fools. After selecting a vehicle and getting all the money matters out of the way in two short days I then waited two weeks and still no car. But plenty of phone call excuses, running back and forth and complete jack ass service. The final straw was when I got an online survey asking how I liked my new car? Well, I filled out the survey and that sparked an actual manager to contact me via email. Car was FINALLY ready - I asked could I pick up at 8am Wednesday (it was the Thursday before). No, you can not. Why? Not convenient for us. Well, thank god you are slow and unorganized and hadn't done the undercoat and 3m I paid extra for, cause I cancelled the car. Do you think service got better? The salesman actually called and yelled at me. Yes, I was floored. Then I got 12 calls from business development knocking off all kinds of money - TOO BAD. Sometimes it is about the way you feel - take all the money off you want I will never deal with this dealership ever. Oh, did I mention this was to replace a car I lost in the flood? Did they know I was without a vehicle? Yes. And still horrid service. By the by - went to Hyatt Infiniti...Thursday night at 9pm bought a car - picked it up Saturday at 10am. Problem solved. Little update - I removed the name of the salesman because he called and threatened to sue me for defamation. Have not changed another word of this review as it is all true. Yes, that is the type of excellent caring you get from this dealership. Also, when I was in the process of buying this car I was told the Sirius radio was free for a year - untrue....got a letter in the mail saying it ends November 1st and would I like to extend? And - this is the BEST ever...I wasn't allowed to test drive the actual upgraded model of car I wanted - the test drive was in the base model so I asked some simple questions about the sat nav and was told it didn't have voice guidance. That's odd I thought. The car actually does, I was in one and it had voice guidance. Hopefully they read this review (again) and learn something about what they are selling.
