  • The service department did theirs job skillfully and timely. Polite and respectful. Now, the sales department is dreadful. We were there to get a new truck and we were treated with complete disrespect. The salesman was rude, aggressive and a bully. It was a hot day and he handed us a bottle of water and told us to take photos of the trucks we liked and come back to him. Mistake. If I am about to spend thousands of dollars on a new truck I expect the salesman to drag his butt out of the nice cool showroom and come sweat with me. Lazy with zero work ethic and manners. What kind of customer service is that? I'm surprised they sell any vehicle. I left that dealership in disgust and went to Henderson Chevrolet and walked out with a beautiful truck with no hassle and an awesome experience all round. Please, if you are going to purchase a new vehicle, don't give these clowns your business. Drive a few more miles and go to Henderson.
