  • The current reviews are very accurate. The sales associates are incredibly rude and lack personality what's so ever. She glanced at my first item for less than two seconds before letting out a monotone and uninterested, "No." It was almost laughable. I asked her to please explain and she just said "worn." All of the items I brought in were between 1-2 years old. Tory Burch boots, Valentino sunglasses, Burberry cross body bag and a Marc by Marc Jacobs watch. They took nothing. *update* I went to two other consignment shops the same day that we're nearby. Each was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful! One of the shops was able to take a couple items off my hands for $200. Definitely shop around before going to Ritzy Rags. For me, customer service and attitude goes a LONG way.
