  • I was afraid I'd over inflated my expectations for this place, but I'm pleased to say that they were met, and then some! First off, the atmosphere is hip and chill. If you are dressed too casually, you will definitely be the odd one out, but it is not a stuffy scene in the least. The floor plan gives you a wide-angle view of the casino floor. You never forget you're on the Strip, but in the best possible way. Our server, Mario, was A++. Now, for the food.... we started off with the crispy rice and spice tuna. it was the perfect 10 in texture and flavor. That will easily be a go-to the next time I'm here. I had the crispy chicken salad, the California roll, and, the belle of the tasting ball, the Special Katsuya Roll. The flavors were clean, fresh, and delectable. For dessert, we shared the green tea mochi. Yummy! Glad we came! I'll definitely be back!
