  • I won't be returning. I brought 2 pairs of pants in to be hemmed. I was told when I could pick them up. I returned to pick them up. They were not ready. They rushed to do the hem job. They were not right on one pair so I asked them to redo. They made excuses and wrote me an email saying that the shoes I brought in 5 days before were not the same I used to try on the pants that day. Why did that matter since they had done no work on them between the time I went there before and the day I tried to pick them up? My answer: it did not matter. The one lady didn't even pin the hem before sewing when I tried them on. I had to suggest to her that she might want to do that so the hem would be correct. There is also a steep language barrier here. I love other cultures but I also need my service that I'm paying for to be correct.
