  • First visit ever: Called in advance and made an appointment for 6:30p. Showed up early at 6:15p, busy, no problem. 6:30 rolls around, 6:45, clock keeps ticking and they close at 7p. If you have no availability for the day, say so and don't waste your customer's time. I can't even comment on the service because the wait never commenced Bad first impression. * Update * Lynn started on my nails at 7p and also did the polish change on my toes despite the fact they were technically closed. She did a great job in a timely fashion. She is very personable and friendly. I will give them another try in a couple weeks, hopefully minus the wait.
