So we kept hearing about the this awesome location from friends and from some gals from the Las Vegas Moms Blog. So we took a chance and came, I was so happy that we finally made our way here. The menu has a very big selection on pancakes and they all look yummy. So in our first visit I tried the Red Velvet and it was sooooo good, even my picky eater was curious and he ended up taking my last stack and only left me with half a pancake, I loved the cream cheese glaze, it wasnt too sweet and it complimented the pancake, so I can see why it is there best seller. I also took a chance with the Kaluia grilled cheese sandwhich, and it was awesome. I am not a fan of sourdough but the bread and cheese complimented the pork and added good texture and flavor. So today I am trying the breakfast burrito with Kaluia pork and the bacon on the side, and an order of cinnamon bun pancakes. I will update this review once I taste my customized burrito and unique pancake. But so far I am really digging this place it has an american, Filipino Hawaiian twist, and it really works out, especially if the Filipino in you wants rice with your food.
