  • We got in to this place at 3:45 just as one of three hairdressers was finishing up a cut. Apparently she got off at 4 because she didn't take another client. She dilly dallied for 15 minutes and then at 4 started chatting with another hairdresser (who could have taken in another client). At 4:05 my son finally got in a chair for a haircut with another hairdresser (who was finished by 4:15) while the one who wasn't working stood at her station counting money. I still don't know why the girl who had nothing going on didn't take him. She could have finished his haircut by 4. It's a shame that companies hire irresponsible young people who don't know the value of good customer service. I won't come here again.
