| - One of the worst ERs I have ever been to and I should have known by the initial called I made. The woman was rude and would not answer any of my simple questions I.e. how long is the wait, are you able to treat what I'm bringing my husband in for? We arrived on Sunday at 9PM, it was very slow and only a couple people in the waiting room. The wait time wasn't long at all. We were placed in the room and immediately seen. The Doctor and nurses were very short in their responses to my husband's concerns which infuriated me. In fact, I had to ask them to do certain things that should have been common sense to them- the professionals! We had to flag them down when my husband was uncomfortable or needed more medication. At this point it was midnight. They discharged him soon after. It was a waste of our time and money to be seen by these physicians. They literally did not help in any way- my husband left with the same pain he came in with. They gave him a prescriptions for his pain. I went in the next morning, after being at the ER the night before for hours, to fill it and the pharmacist said we cannot fill this as the way they wrote the prescription hasn't been valid for years!! Are you kidding me?! I had to come back to the ER and wait to have this corrected. Mind you, THEIR error. As my husband sits at home in utter and complete pain due to their incompetency. It's unfortunate as this is very close to our house and convenient but do yourself a favor and find another ER that will actually care for you as a patient and a human being!!
UPDATE: After returning to the ER and waiting for two hours for them to correct the prescription they erroneously wrote, they wrote the INCORRECT prescription AGAIN. The Doctor we saw last night was not there so another Doctor (didn't get his name) wrote an "Updated" prescription. I asked him THREE times if it was the correct one and he assured me it was. When I got home, my husband compared the prescription we were given to our release papers and they were NOT correct. In fact, they are a very, very low dosage compared to the 9 that were initially prescribed. So, now my husband is STILL in severe pain, we spent countless hours at the ER, we will be charged for things we weren't even given all due to an incompetent team. I am livid. I will fight ALL charges with Honor Health and my insurance as we did not receive ANYTHING they stated in the release forms.
