I should have thought to look at reviews before doing anything with this place, which I did not see until I was looking to reconfirm address... I am no sleep study pro, never have had one, but I have to believe that there is better customer service out there.
In short they cost me months of effort by them telling me they "lost my File"*, forgot to follow up, Forgot to schedule, could not communicate clearly, could/would not email anything after clearly stating that they would, and the cost changed every time I spoke to them - given the things above are literally the primary function of the entire office, I have lost complete faith in them, and the technical term for this is "incompetency".
*I still have no idea what this means... it is 2017 and i spent 30 minutes giving information to be put into a computer, how do you lose an electronic file?
They did apologize profusely, however I told them if they would like to retain my business, they could offer me some sort of value for my time... they offered me $4 off (not a joke). $4 off of a $700+ service.
In my final conversation with their office manager, Mary, she told me that this was a great value and she worked really hard to get 10% off a $40/copay, and that she couldn't do anything about the sleep study cost because I haven't met my yearly deductible and me paying them more money actually benefits me by meeting my yearly deductible faster. This is insane and the exact moment that i realized exactly what type of company i was dealing with and politely ended out call.
