I would say the best thing they offer is service and a convenient location. They were quite busy for lunch, however, still managed to uphold basic service requirements many Asian restaurants lack (I.e, said thank you, smiled!) and were quick to provide you asked for.
The food itself was decent. It's not a cart dim sum so I presume it comes out fresh. I liked the sticky rice and the soup - everything else was just ok, but dim sum is pretty objective and so everyone will have their own preferences and experiences.
I didn't realize until I read some comments here that they charge for tea. I checked my bill afterwards and realized they do in fact charge you. I was not told about this when they asked- "water or tea", so I'm pretty annoyed about the extra charge.
