  • Spent $3500 on a couch and $350 on their warranty. Got a marker stain on my couch and they denied the claim. It took them four weeks to call me back. If they would've just told me right away I could've gone somewhere else. Complete bs. Do not buy from this company. Their products are crap and fall apart in the warrantees are full of lies.
