  • Todd was great, he first came on last Friday to give me an estimate. We went over multiple tank options, gas water heaters, electric water heaters, tankless water heaters etc. Then discussed different brands. Bradford white, Rheem, and A.O Smith. He took some time explaining the pros and cons of each. I had no idea there were so many differences. Todd told me he experiments with the different water heaters in his own home so he has the perspective both as owner of the company and as a user of his own services. I chose to go with an energy saving tankless Rheem model. He was able to come the following Monday for install, showed up right on time, installed the new water heater and removed the old one. I will definitely be calling him back if I need any plumbing help in the future.
