  • Recently moved to Lakewood and came across this gem. So glad that we did! Communication up front was great and they were able to get our 2 boys in the next day... score! Even though our dogs were a bit... chatty with their crate-neighbor (creating a very stressful environment for everyone, especially Mama) on drop off- it was fast and they didn't make me feel bad about it at ALL. Thank you for that because poor poochie behavior is quite embarrassing and I'm sure I'm not the only one out there who has had the "I swear they're not like this at home" flash moment! As promised, they were ready to go when we arrived at 4, tails wagging & bandanas flowing. LOVE the cologne they use- it's definitely getting them extra cuddles and attention. Since I typically groom them at home I'm a bit particular - and the attention to details these ladies showed was awesome. Their big ears (Frenchies, after all) were sparkling and had nicer shaped nails than my own. Thank you again for taking such good care of Bruce & Clark!
